Cove brings server, workstation and Microsoft 365 backup evidence into Current. Device backup accounts and Microsoft 365 organizations stay separate, so an organization is never counted as a protected machine.

Evidence where your team already works

Map the vendor’s customers to companies in Current. Their evidence then appears on company profiles, in strategic business reviews and in AI company insights, with shared dashboard reporting and visible sync status.

Clear about what is known

Cove contributes device and Microsoft 365 backup health, last successful backups, workload states and recovery-testing configuration where available. Microsoft 365 organizations stay separate from machines. Mailbox statistics are not licensed-seat totals, and recovery testing being enabled is not presented as proof of a successful recovery.

A connection you can follow

A successful connection test queues the first import. Large estates continue in the background from saved progress; completed syncs refresh every six hours. Administrators get readable next steps for credentials, permissions and temporary failures, while earlier observations keep their dates.

Start with a dedicated API user

A Current workspace admin connects the integration using a dedicated N-able API user. Credentials stay server-side. Exact, unique company names can match automatically; manual mappings and Ignore choices are preserved.
