The four tools you stop paying for
A 10-technician MSP running a CRM, a marketing tool, a dashboard product and a project planner pays $2,342 a month for them — and that is before the add-ons those vendors sell separately. Current does all four for $650.
| The job | What it costs, configured | Per month |
|---|---|---|
CRM & pipeline HubSpot Sales Hub Professional | $100 per seat, per month Plus $1,500 one-time onboarding. HubSpot's own pricing page calls it required: “cost shown does not include the required, one-time Professional Onboarding” Assumes 3 sales seats | $300 + $1,500 setup |
Marketing & sequences HubSpot Marketing Hub Starter | $20 per seat, per month — 1,000 marketing contacts Plus $50 per month for every additional 1,000 contacts Assumes 3 seats, 5,000 marketing contacts | $260 |
Dashboards & reporting BrightGauge (ConnectWise) | $465 per month — Enterprise, 2 data sources and 3 admins included Plus $98 per month for each data source past the second Assumes 6 data sources — PSA, RMM, backup, security, M365, finance | $857 |
Project management Moovila Perfect Project | $45 per member seat and $15 per technician, per month, 5 seats minimum — quoted, not published. TopLeft and Proxuma publish lower rates Plus A $1,500 PSA integration is required, not optional, and the add-on modules list at $8,200 a year — more than the seats themselves. Onboarding is a further $3,685 Assumes a quote to an MSP, May 2026 — 10 users | $925 + $3,685 setup |
| Four tools, one MSP | $5,185 of one-time fees before anyone logs in. | $2,342 |
| Current | All four jobs, 13 users at $50 each. No setup fee, no add-on modules, unlimited partner-portal viewers. $50 is the Founding Partner rate, limited to the first 100 workspaces and locked for as long as the subscription stays active; the list price after that is $95 per user. | $650 |
| You keep | $25,489 in year one, one-time fees included. The stack costs 3.6× what Current does. | $1,692 $20,304 a year |
US dollars. Three rows use the vendor’s published monthly rate — the one you pay without an annual commitment — read from their own pricing page on September 6, 2026. Moovila publishes no rate and sells on a 12-month term, so its row is an order form’s annual total shown per month, and the row says so. Current is its monthly rate, for the same 13 people.

Different size shop, or a different mix of tools? Every assumption and every source is listed with the full picture of what Current takes over.
See what Current replacesEverything MSPs ask us first.
What is the Founding Partner rate, and is it really locked for life?+−
Yes. The first 100 MSPs to join Current lock in $50 per user per month — or $45 per user per month billed annually — for as long as the subscription stays active. That founding rate never goes up on you. After the first 100 MSPs, the list price of $95 ($85 billed annually) takes over for new customers, but any founding price increase never touches your account while you stay subscribed.
What counts as a user?+−
A member of your team — technicians, project managers, sellers, admins. Your partners viewing their own projects in the portal are free and unlimited, and they never count toward your bill. There's a 3-seat minimum.
Is anything an add-on?+−
No. The AI, every integration, the CRM, the project engine, the partner portal — one per-user price covers all of it. There are no tiers, no per-module SKUs, and no per-seat AI surcharge. (NeverBounce email verification uses your own NeverBounce account for the verification credits.)
Can Current work in our currency?+−
Yes. A workspace runs its own books in one of sixteen currencies: US, Canadian, Australian, New Zealand and Singapore dollars, Mexican pesos, pounds sterling, euros, Swiss francs, South African rand, Indian rupees, UAE dirhams, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish kroner, and Japanese yen. An admin picks it once and every deal, MRR figure, margin, commission and export reads that way, written the way that currency normally is. Current never converts between currencies, so what your PSA holds is what you see, and a quote on a different currency is flagged rather than folded into a total. Your Current subscription is billed in US dollars, euros, pounds sterling, or Canadian, Australian or New Zealand dollars, whichever you pick at signup, and the pricing page shows the price in your currency.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?+−
Only the billing. Monthly is $50 per user per month at the founding rate, cancel anytime. Annual is $45 per user per month billed yearly — about $60 per user back for committing to the year. Pick another currency on the pricing page and the cards show the same two plans at that currency's fixed price. The product is identical on both, and either way your founding rate is locked for as long as you stay subscribed.
Which currency will I be charged in?+−
The one shown on the pricing page when you sign up: US dollars, euros, pounds sterling, or Canadian, Australian or New Zealand dollars. Current guesses it from your time zone and you can change it before the trial starts. Each currency has its own fixed price, so there is no exchange-rate surprise on the invoice, and Stripe keeps the currency for the life of the subscription. Tax is added where it applies; enter your VAT, GST or ABN number at the payment step and it prints on every invoice.
Is there a free trial?+−
Yes — every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. We ask for a card up front, email you the exact amount three days before the first charge, and you can cancel anytime during the trial. Prefer a guided tour first? Book a demo on realistic MSP data and you'll know within thirty minutes whether it fits.
Do all users get both the CRM and Projects?+−
Yes. Every user gets the whole platform. Sellers see projects becoming real; delivery sees what's coming down the pipeline — that shared view is the product working as intended.
What happened to QBRs? Is that extra?+−
No — it's included. Current rebuilds the quarterly business review as a Strategic Business Review: AI drafts it from your tickets, email, notes, CSAT, and Lifecycle Manager data, with evidence on every line, and you present it live or hand over a branded pack. It ships in the one per-user price like everything else — no separate SBR license.
Real data. No slideware.
