You already run quarterly business reviews. This is the one that earns the meeting.
Most MSPs know the QBR — the quarterly slide deck that gets rebuilt from scratch the night before, half stat-dump and half sales pitch. Current rebuilds it as a Strategic Business Review: the same meeting your clients expect, drafted from the year that actually happened, in your voice, ready to present or hand over as a branded pack. We kept the term MSPs search for — you'll still find it under QBR — and gave the meeting a reason to exist.
Screenshots from five tools, a template from last quarter, and a pitch bolted on the end.
Current reads the year — tickets, threads, notes, CSAT, lifecycle data — and drafts the review for you.
Keep the findings that belong in the room, edit the summary like an email, and walk in ready.
Four surfaces, one reviewed source of truth.
A build wizard that reads the year, findings that carry their own evidence, a full-screen Live Mode to present, and a branded print pack to leave behind — every one of them built from the same reviewed record.
Six steps from a company name to a finished review.
Pick the period and pull the meeting from your calendar, choose the room — a business owner hears plain English, an IT lead gets the specifics — and let Current read the record. It watches tickets, email threads, meeting notes, CrewHu CSAT, and ScalePad Lifecycle Manager, then proposes findings you keep or trim. Nothing ships until you approve it.
Every claim points back to a real record.
"31 resets in 90 days, up from 14" isn't a vibe — it's a ticket cluster, an email from Tom on May 14, and a Lifecycle Manager security lens, each on its own chip. If a reference can't be resolved to a real record, the finding is dropped before it reaches the page. Your clients can see exactly where every number came from, so the room trusts the review.
Present it full-screen, or hand over the pack.
One click turns the review into a dark, full-screen presentation — big numbers, tap a risk to expand the evidence, arrow keys to move. Or build the branded print pack: a portrait-letter document, cover to close, that you print or send as a PDF. Both come from the same reviewed source, so what you present is what they take home.
0 hours back, every week.
≈ 570 hours a year · validated in week one, before you spend a dollar more.
A review that looks like it took a week.
Cover, the year in plain terms, what you're watching, the budget and roadmap, the AI plan, and three conversations to have next — all on your brand, drafted in your voice. Their spend shows on the page: budget, roadmap, warranty pricing. Your MRR and pipeline stay in a locked internal strip that never prints and never presents.
The AI does the reading. You own the room.
The review is drafted from real records and written in your voice — but a person keeps, trims, and edits every part before it's built. Confident, evidence-backed, and never AI-sounding.
Drafted in your voice, not a machine's
The summary reads like an email you'd write — first person, plain, confident. Redraft it warmer in a click, then edit the final copy yourself. The room hears you.
Your AE approves every line
Current proposes; a person decides. Keep the findings that matter, trim the rest, and edit the exec summary before anything is built. The AI never presents unreviewed.
A talk track for the AE who isn't technical
The AI-readiness section comes with what to open with, what to say if they ask about cost or data safety, and what never to say — so any seller can carry the conversation.
Paste your own, drafted to match
Drop in an email, rough bullets, or just a topic, and Current drafts a branded block that fits the pack — citing real sources, inventing nothing.
Real data. No slideware.
We’ll show you Current on a real book — the pipeline, the dependency engine, the AI briefs, and how time flows straight into your PSA billing.
We'll only use your details to set up your Current walkthrough.

Everything MSPs ask us first.
What happened to QBRs?+−
We rebuilt them. The quarterly business review most MSPs run is a night of copy-paste — screenshots from five tools and a pitch bolted on the end. Current replaces it with a Strategic Business Review: the same meeting, drafted from the year that actually happened and written in your voice. We kept the QBR name where you'd search for it, and gave the meeting a reason to exist. If you run QBRs today, the SBR is the drop-in upgrade.
Where does the review get its content?+−
From the record you already keep. Current reads your PSA's tickets — ConnectWise, Autotask, or HaloPSA — Microsoft 365 email threads and meeting notes, CrewHu CSAT surveys, ScalePad Lifecycle Manager data, and view-only evidence feeds like ConnectWise RMM and Datto — assets, warranty, budget, and initiatives — then drafts findings, a roadmap, and an executive summary. Nothing is typed in the night before.
How do I know the AI isn't making things up?+−
Every claim carries evidence chips that resolve to a real record — a ticket cluster, an email, a survey, a Lifecycle Manager lens. During generation each reference is checked against the source; if it can't be resolved, the finding is dropped before it reaches the page. Your clients can see exactly where every number came from.
Can I edit what the AI writes?+−
You have to. Current proposes; a person decides. You keep the findings that belong in the room and trim the rest, edit the executive summary like an email, and approve the pack before it's built. The review never presents anything you didn't sign off on.
Will my MRR or margins show up in the client's pack?+−
No. Client-facing dollars are their spend only — budget, roadmap, warranty pricing, per-seat costs. Your MRR, pipeline, and contract revenue live in a locked internal strip that never prints and never appears in Live Mode. The partner-safe pack has no field that can carry your numbers.
Can I present it live, or do I hand over a document?+−
Both, from the same source. Live Mode turns the review into a dark, full-screen presentation with big numbers, tap-to-expand risks, and arrow-key navigation. The print pack is a branded, portrait-letter document you print or send as a PDF. What you present is what they take home.
My AE isn't technical — can they still sell the AI section?+−
That's what it's built for. The AI-readiness section comes with a talk track: what to open with, what to say if they ask about cost or data safety, and what never to say. Each opportunity carries a plain-English benefit, an hours-back estimate from their own volumes, and a zero-risk first step, so any seller can carry the conversation.
