Deliver what you sold — on time, in plain sight.
One source of truth — rendered as a Gantt, a dependency map, a board, and a portfolio health read. Everything below is the real product.
Move one date. The whole plan reschedules.
Current knows how every task connects. Push a start date and each dependent task shifts against working calendars, holidays, and PTO — and the critical path lights up so you see what actually threatens go-live.
See the shape of the whole project.
Every task, every link, laid out as a living graph. The critical chain glows; milestones stand out. This is the M&A network on a real project — 128 tasks, 18 on the critical path — that no PSA view can show you.
Kanban with time on every card.
Drag a task across the board and the time you log flows straight to your PSA's billing — ConnectWise, Autotask, or HaloPSA. No double entry, no reconciliation — the board your techs live in is the board that invoices.
A read on the whole portfolio — and a nudge on what's next.
Current Score grades every project's health; the portfolio donut shows on-track vs at-risk at a glance. Radar reads across your workspace and tells you what to act on now — before a partner has to ask.
Built into the Microsoft 365 your team already lives in.
Not a bolt-on. Current speaks Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook Calendar directly through Microsoft Graph — so the plan shows up where your people already work.
Teams is the project conversation
Comments mirror to the channel you choose, wins get announced and @mention the seller, and an optional morning standup posts what's due — right where your team already talks.
SharePoint holds the project docs
Link a project to its SharePoint folder so every runbook, diagram, and handoff package lives with the work — not in someone's inbox.
Calendar stays in two-way sync
Scheduled work lands on the assignee's Microsoft calendar and reflects back — so the plan and the day agree, with privacy respected across the team.
Give clients a window in — without opening the whole house.
Invite a client to a secure, read-only portal for their project: live status, timeline, progress, and the docs you choose to share. They can leave co-managed comments — and they never see a rate, a margin, an internal note, or another client's work.
- ✓Read-only by design — enforced at the database, not just hidden in the UI
- ✓Financials firewalled — no budgets, burden rates, or margins ever reach a client
- ✓Scoped per project — a client sees only what you invite them to
Real data. No slideware.
We’ll show you Current on a real book — the pipeline, the dependency engine, the AI briefs, and how time flows straight into your PSA billing.
We'll only use your details to set up your Current walkthrough.

Does Current replace my PSA's projects (ConnectWise, Autotask, or HaloPSA)?+−
It replaces the experience, not the system of record. You still need your PSA. Projects sync two-way with ConnectWise, Autotask, or HaloPSA: Current owns scheduling, dependencies, and the views your team lives in, while the PSA stays the source of truth for time and billing. Internal work that never gets billed can run as a Current-native project with no PSA record at all.
How does time entry flow to billing?+−
Your team logs time on the task, in Current, as they work. On synced projects each entry pushes straight to your PSA's billing — ConnectWise, Autotask, or HaloPSA — no re-keying, no end-of-week reconciliation, nothing unbilled because it lived in the wrong tool.
Can our clients see their projects?+−
Yes — invite them to a secure, read-only portal showing status, timeline, progress, and the documents you choose to share, with co-managed comments. Financials are firewalled at the database layer: no rates, margins, or internal notes, ever. Portal viewers are free and unlimited.
How long does rollout take?+−
An afternoon, not a quarter. Connect your PSA — ConnectWise, Autotask, or HaloPSA — and Microsoft 365 and your companies, contacts, projects, and history are already there. Write-back to your PSA stays off until you deliberately turn it on.
