A CRM that speaks MSP — MRR, seats, tickets, renewals.
Generic CRMs know a company name and a deal amount. Current knows the contract value, the seat count, this week's ticket traffic, and how the last CSAT survey went — because it's built on your PSA, not beside it.
A deals board that already knows your book.
Companies, contacts, contracts, MRR, seats — your PSA data is the CRM, kept in step both ways with ConnectWise, Autotask, or HaloPSA. Won deals don't get re-keyed into delivery; they become the project. Quotes become pipeline too — send a quote and the deal, its one-time and monthly amounts, and the PSA opportunity stay in lockstep. Generic CRMs start from an empty database. Current starts from your PSA.
Every seller starts the day already briefed.
Overnight, Current reads each AE's pipeline, ticket traffic, email activity, and goals — and writes them a brief worth reading, in their inbox by 9 AM. Who went quiet, where the bottleneck is, which account needs a call before the renewal. No dashboard spelunking required.
Every company page reads the room for you.
Sentiment from real signals — tickets, reply times, email traffic, CSAT surveys — with the numbers an MSP actually runs an account on: MRR, seats, renewal date. When satisfaction dips twice in a quarter, the churn watch raises its hand before the cancellation email arrives.
A morning cockpit that shows the whole floor at a glance.
Every seller opens to a dark cockpit: a team-pace gauge blended across every goal, per-motion rings that show where you should be today (not just the month-end line), and a two-hour lead fuse that counts down until the routed lead is worked. Managers set targets across ten motions per rep and per team, every tile drills to the exact deals behind it — and a percent-only goal race puts the whole team on a podium without ever showing a dollar.
Lists that build themselves — and email that lands.
Build a list by hand or from an AI-mapped CSV import — or let a dynamic list keep itself current from the same filters campaigns use. Connect your own NeverBounce account and Current verifies deliverability before a big send: bad addresses are suppressed across every campaign and sequence, catch-all and unknown stay yours to decide, and no address is re-checked more than once every 6 months to protect your credits.
Campaigns with real audiences
Build an audience from what you already know — industry, geography, tags, lists — send it wearing your own logo and brand colors, and see opens and clicks per campaign.
Sequences that respect the inbox
Multi-step outreach with AI-drafted copy you edit, scheduled on business days with per-mailbox send caps — persistent without ever reading as spam.
Weekly 1-on-1s, already prepped
Open a rep and the prep is done — an AI brief with one-click promise buttons, a pipeline review that flags stuck deals with a next step on each, renewals, churn risk, and last month's win-loss takeaways. Promises land on the owner's My Day and Microsoft To Do: walk in prepared, leave with promises, watch the follow-through.
Your next deal is already in your inbox.
Whitespace has always shown the gaps — every customer crossed against every offering. Now Current fills those gaps in for you. Its AI reads the tickets and emails your customers already send your team, works out which service they keep asking about but don't buy, and drops it on the grid as a warm, ready-to-pitch opportunity. You stop hunting for cross-sell. It finds you.

Discussed, not sold
Northwind Dental Group — 2 tickets and 6 emails mentioned this in 90 days about MFA / Identity, which they don't buy. That's a doorway.
- 1
It fills the grid for you
Twice a week, Current's AI reads every ticket and synced email and flags the offerings a customer keeps raising but doesn't buy. No keywords to maintain, no manual tagging, no waiting for a QBR — the grid updates itself.
- 2
Hover to see the proof
One hover shows the ticket-and-email breakdown; open it and you're reading the exact words they used — “can't get my 2FA code,” “authenticator broke.” You walk in knowing the need, not guessing at it.
- 3
One click starts the deal
Every red circle is a pre-filled expansion deal waiting to happen — company, offering, and the evidence attached. Click, and it's on your pipeline. That's the whole cross-sell motion.
Outreach that runs itself — and still sounds like you.
Tell the AI the goal and the tone; it drafts the sequence, you approve every word, and it sends from your own Microsoft 365 mailboxes on business days with inbox-safe caps. Then point it at an audience your PSA already defines — down to the contract type.
Write the goal. Approve the sequence.
Multi-step outreach — emails, follow-ups, call tasks — drafted by the built-in AI from your goal and tone, in your voice. Nothing sends without a human approving it, replies pull people out automatically, and per-sequence analytics show sends, opens, and exits.
Notify by contract type — not by spreadsheet.
Because the CRM sits on your PSA, an audience isn't a list you exported last quarter — it's a live query over contracts, offerings, MRR, industry, geography, tags, and lifecycle. Twelve stackable filters, a live recipient sample, and AE-scoped safety built in.
The plays MSPs actually run
Price update, cleanly delivered
A rate change is going out. Build the audience from contract type — every Managed Services agreement, nobody else — and every client hears it from you first, not from an invoice.
Maintenance window, right audience
Patching co-managed environments this weekend? Notify exactly the co-managed contracts in the affected state — not your whole book.
Cross-sell from whitespace
Target accounts that don't have EDR (or backup, or M365 security) with a sequence about exactly that gap. Offering coverage turns the whitespace grid into pipeline.
SBR season, prioritized
Book quarterly reviews with the accounts that matter most: filter above an MRR floor, scope to each AE's own book, and let the sequence chase the meeting.

Everything MSPs ask us first.
What makes Current different from a generic CRM?+−
It's built on MSP data. Every account carries its contract value, MRR, seat count, ticket traffic, CSAT scores, and renewal date — synced from your PSA, not typed in by a rep. Sentiment and churn warnings come from what's actually happening in your service desk.
Can I send a campaign to clients on a specific contract type?+−
Yes — that's the point. Audiences are live queries over your PSA data with twelve stackable filters: relationship, account owner, location, industry, classification, contract type, offerings, offering coverage, tags, HubSpot lists and lifecycle, minimum MRR, and contact scoping. A price update to every Managed Services agreement takes about a minute to target.
How do the AI sequences work?+−
You give the built-in AI the goal and the tone; it drafts the multi-step sequence — emails, follow-ups, call tasks. You approve every word before anything sends. Sends go out from your own Microsoft 365 mailboxes on business days with per-mailbox caps, replies pull people out automatically, and per-sequence analytics track sends, opens, and exits.
We're on HubSpot today — can we move?+−
Bring your book with you: Current imports HubSpot companies, contacts, and deals, maps lists and lifecycle stages into audiences, and can keep the two systems in step while you transition.
How does email verification work?+−
Connect your own NeverBounce account and Current checks deliverability before a big send. The campaign wizard's Verify button shows a pre-send report of every address and its verdict — valid, accepts-all, unknown, or flagged — with suggested corrections, and states a time estimate up front (about 3–5 minutes per 1,000 addresses). Invalid and disposable addresses are suppressed across every campaign and sequence, catch-all and unknown addresses stay sendable so you decide per send, and a Fix-it queue suggests corrections for typo'd addresses you can apply in one click. To protect your credits, Current never re-verifies the same address more than once every 6 months.
Can each AE only see their own book?+−
Yes. Account executives work their own companies, deals, and audiences; sales managers see the whole team. The scoping is enforced in the database, not just hidden in the interface.
How does the lead-response timer work?+−
Set a response window — say two hours — and every routed web lead gets a live countdown on the rep's Sales Home. The timer is business-hours aware: it pauses outside your working hours and resumes when you reopen, so nobody is charged for the overnight. If the window passes without a touch, the lead re-routes automatically to the next rep. It's off by default until you turn it on.
