Current + ScalePad integration
The Quoter Win-Quote bridge turns a won quote into a CRM deal automatically, and Lifecycle Manager data strengthens your strategic reviews.
ScalePad's tools sit at two ends of the MSP lifecycle: Quoter closes the sale, and Lifecycle Manager tracks the hardware and warranties you support afterward. Current connects to both — turning a won quote into a live CRM deal, and folding lifecycle data into the strategic reviews you run with partners.
The Quoter Win-Quote bridge
Current includes a ScalePad Quoter 'Win Quote Engine' that bridges a won quote straight into the CRM. When a quote is marked won in Quoter, Current picks it up, resolves the winning quote version and its charges, and creates or updates the matching deal — no re-keying line items by hand, no lost handoff between sales and delivery.
What data flows from Quoter
- Won quotes — pulled into a queue and bridged to a CRM deal.
- The correct quote version — the primary/winning version is used, so discounts and revisions don't get crossed.
- Charges and line items — carried onto the deal record.
- Company and contact linkage — so the deal lands against the right account in your book.
From there the deal lives in Current's CRM alongside your pipeline, activities, and relationship-health signals, and can move straight into project delivery — including a clean booking-to-CRM-to-PSA path when the work kicks off.
Lifecycle Manager evidence
ScalePad Lifecycle Manager data feeds into Current's SBR/QBR module as evidence. Asset age, warranty status, and hardware-refresh signals become proof points in a strategic business review — so when you recommend a refresh or a budget, the recommendation is backed by the partner's real asset picture rather than a hunch.
Why it matters
Quoting and asset lifecycle are usually disconnected from where the work actually happens. Bridging Quoter into the CRM means sales momentum carries into delivery instead of stalling at the handoff, and pulling Lifecycle Manager into your SBRs means your strategic recommendations are grounded in evidence. Both keep ScalePad as the system of record while Current puts the data to work in your pipeline and your partner reviews.
Two distinct products, one vendor
Worth separating, because they do different jobs. Lifecycle Manager tracks hardware and warranty status across a client's estate, which is asset intelligence. Quoter is quoting software, which is a sales motion. Current connects to both, but for different reasons and at different points in the customer relationship.
Lifecycle Manager as review evidence
Warranty expiry and hardware age are among the easiest business-review conversations to have, because they are concrete, dated, and unarguable. A client looking at a list of machines out of warranty next quarter does not need to be persuaded that a refresh conversation is warranted. Current reads that data so reviews can cite it directly.
Quoter as a delivery trigger
The more interesting connection is what happens when a quote is won. A won quote in Quoter can walk itself into Current as a deal and then into a scheduled project, carrying its line items across. That closes the gap where a sale is celebrated and then sits in somebody's inbox for a week before delivery hears about it.
- Won quotes create deals rather than requiring manual re-entry.
- Quote line items inform what the resulting project needs to deliver.
- The handoff from sold to scheduled stops depending on somebody remembering.
What this is not
The Lifecycle Manager side is read-only evidence. Current does not manage assets, adjust warranties, or write back to ScalePad's asset records.
