Renewals: see and defend every renewal in one place
Renewals (in the Sales menu) puts every upcoming renewal on one screen, soonest first, so nothing slips through the cracks for lack of a place to look. It draws on the same renewal deals and the same nightly Renewal Defense Score that power the deal drawer and the renewal dossier — this page just gathers them all together and makes the whole book scannable at a glance.
The four tiles
Across the top, four counts tell you the shape of the book: how many renewals are At risk, on Watch, Strong, and Not yet scored. The At-risk tile also totals the yearly revenue on the line, so you can see the stakes, not just the count. Click any tile to filter the list to just those renewals; click it again to clear.
Reading a row
Every row carries a coloured rail down its left edge — red, yellow, green, or grey — so you can spot what needs attention without reading a word. The row shows the account and the renewal deal, the renewal date with a plain-English countdown ("in 12 days", or a red "overdue" once it's past), the health score and band, the yearly value, and the single biggest thing dragging the score down. Click anywhere on the row to open the full renewal defense dossier for that account.
| Band | What it means |
|---|---|
| At risk (red) | Defense score under 40 — a weak renewal that needs a save play |
| Watch (yellow) | Score 40–69 — keep an eye on it |
| Strong (green) | Score 70 or above — on track |
| Not scored yet (grey) | The nightly engine hasn't scored it — Current never invents a fake number |
Filtering and sorting
- +Time window — narrow to renewals due in the next 30, 60, or 90 days, or show the whole book with All. Overdue renewals always show, whichever window you pick, because they're the most urgent thing there is.
- +Sort — by Soonest (the default), by Weakest defense score, or by highest yearly Value.
- +Owner (managers only) — narrow to a single rep's book.
- +Search — jump to an account by name.
Who sees what
Account executives see their own renewals — their owned deals and the accounts they can view. Sales managers and admins see the whole team's renewals and get the owner filter to slice by rep. This scoping is enforced at the database, not just hidden in the interface, so the list is always exactly the book you're allowed to see.
