The company page: Infrastructure & security
The Infrastructure & security section on a company record shows fleet, network, security, backup, and people at a glance, drawn from your monitoring, security, and backup feeds, with a last-synced line on each cluster and an open-alert strip.

Open any company in the CRM and you'll find an Infrastructure & security section in the right-hand rail of the company page. It's the day-to-day, single-screen read of the partner's environment. It shows the same picture the Strategic Business Review turns into its telemetry chapters, but live and always on, so you don't have to build a review to see whether a customer's backups ran last night. The section header carries a short summary (the device count, or the protected endpoints or systems when there's no fleet feed) and a Build a review link.
The five clusters
The section is split into clusters, each answering one question a technician or account manager actually asks:
- Fleet, the devices under management: how many, how many are patched, and how many are offline.
- Network, the connectivity picture: gateways, switches and access points, what's online, what's down, and support or licence cover that is running out.
- Security, endpoint protection coverage, open detections and incidents, email threats, phishing pressure, and admin-rights control.
- Backup, protected systems, recent backup success, and anything failing or left unverified.
- People, sign-in protection and security awareness: who can sign in without a second factor, and how the team does on phishing tests and training.
Where the numbers come from
The clusters are fed by your monitoring, security, and backup feeds, the read-only integrations you connect under Settings › Integrations. The record talks in themes, not vendors: it shows "your security posture" and "your backup picture," not the brand names of the tools behind them. That's the same principle the SBR follows, and it means changing a vendor doesn't change how the page reads. When none of these integrations is connected in your workspace, the section isn't shown at all.
When each cluster was last read
Every cluster ends with a line saying when its numbers were last read from the feed, such as "Last synced 2 hours ago", or "Awaiting first sync" for a feed that has been linked but not read yet. That line matters: a "protected" backup cluster that hasn't updated in a week is telling you something different than one read an hour ago. If a number looks surprising, check the line first. You may be looking at data that's waiting on the next pull, not a real change in the environment.
The open-alert strip
Above the clusters sits a strip of open alerts: the integration alerts that have fired for this company and haven't resolved yet, critical ones in red and warnings in amber, each with how long it has been open. It's the "what needs attention right now" line: backups that have been failing for days, a critical detection sitting open, people who can sign in without MFA, a gateway that's down. An empty strip means nothing has tripped a threshold. Payment alerts (an expiring card, autopay that stopped) show on the company's Payments card instead. When a cluster is empty: what it says and how to fix it
A cluster with no numbers tells you why, the same way the SBR's Data feeds panel does:

How it ties to the SBR
This section and the Strategic Business Review read the same feeds. The company record is the always-on operational view; the SBR is the quarterly, partner-facing telling of it, in its telemetry chapters (security posture, fleet and network health, backup and continuity). If a cluster here is empty because a feed is unmapped, that same feed will be greyed in the review's Data feeds panel until you map it. Fix it once, and both light up.
