Open Settings, Your settings, Email signature. Current template is the default. Your existing name, job title, phone, logo and booking settings keep working.

Paste and edit your signature

Choose Custom signature to paste an existing signature into the editor. Adjust bold, italic, underline, text size, colour, alignment, links and a two-column layout. Use a public HTTPS image address for a logo. Images that only exist inside an email or on your computer need a public address before recipients can see them.

The preview shows the signature that will be appended when you send. Save signature when you are ready. The saved signature is used in Current email, campaigns and sequences that include your signature. Switching back to Current template keeps your custom draft for later.

Use a company template

Choose a company template to copy it into your own draft. Your personal fields are filled from your signature details when the email is sent. You can adjust the copied draft before saving. A later change to the company template does not overwrite your saved signature.

Workspace admins can save the current custom signature as a company template, update a selected template or remove it from the list. Personal name, title, phone and email values become personal fields in the template. Removing a template leaves existing personal signatures in place.

What is kept from a paste

Current keeps supported text formatting, links, images with public HTTPS addresses and simple table layouts. Scripts, forms, embedded content, unsafe links and unsupported styling are removed. Always check the preview after pasting.
