Track your referrals on Refer a peer
Open Refer a peer from your avatar menu to see every MSP you referred and what it earns you. The menu item itself shows how many seats are free once you have any, for example "1.4 free". The page has three parts: the free seats at the top, Your referrals, and, for tenant admins, Credit on your bills.
Your free seats
- ＋The big number is how many of your seats are free every month, from the seats your referrals pay for. Each referred seat is a tenth of a seat.
- ＋The tiles below it are your own seats, each shown as Free, a percentage, or Paid.
- ＋The bar shows how far your referrals are from making every one of your seats free. Seats on paying referrals are Counting. Seats on referrals still in their trial are Pending.
- ＋Your next free seat says how many more referred seats you need, and names a referral on trial whose seats would finish it once they start paying.
Tenant admins also see what you pay and what the credit saves you each month, or on an annual plan the credit waiting for your renewal. Everyone else sees seats, with a line saying the tenant admins see the money.
Your referrals
Every MSP you referred, and every invite still open, is a row with its progress, its seats and what it is worth to you.

| Left | They stopped paying, their trial ended without a payment, or their workspace was deleted. The row shows the date they left. | Stopped |
A referral on trial that has not paid 21 days after its trial ended moves to Left. If it pays later, it comes back as Paying. The counts at the top of the table show how many are invited, on trial and paying.
Credit on your bills (tenant admins)
Tenant admins see the credit for the last six months as bars. When the months differ, a legend marks each one:
- ＋On an invoice: the credit was taken off a Current invoice.
- ＋Earned, waiting: the credit is earned and waits for your next invoice, or on an annual plan for your renewal.
- ＋Not taken off an invoice: your workspace is billed another way, so the month was counted but not put on a card invoice.
