The Integrations page: where each tool shows up
Since October 11, 2026 every integration lives on one page: Settings › Integrations. It answers three questions in order: is anything broken, is Microsoft 365 set up, and where does each tool show up in Current. It replaced the old Overview and All integrations pages, and a workspace admin's Microsoft 365 section.
Is anything broken?
The line at the top says how many tools are connected and how many need a fix, for example 12 tools connected · 2 need a fix. Under it, each tool that needs a fix gets one line with its name and what is wrong, such as Datto RMM needs a new key or Huntress stopped syncing. Press the line to open that tool. When Current could not read some tools just now, a line says so with Try again. What Current can do lists every capability, how many are in use, which tools each one uses, and what would turn it on.
Microsoft 365, pinned on top
Microsoft 365 sits in its own card above the chart. It shows whether your organization has approved Current and whether your own account is connected, then one state for each part: SharePoint, Teams, Calendar, To Do and Mail capture. Its one filled button is the next thing to do: Set up Microsoft 365, Approve for my organization, Connect your account or Reconnect. Manage, or any part, opens that part's own settings. Single sign-on has its own Sign-in line just below, named for the identity provider you registered, because it can be Okta, Google Workspace or another provider as well as Microsoft Entra ID.
The chart: tools down the side, places across the top
Each row is a tool, grouped by kind: PSA, RMM, Security, Backup, Networking, Documentation, Sales and CRM, Email and billing, and Coming soon. Inside a group, tools that need a fix come first, then connected ones, then the rest. Press a group's name to fold it away; Current remembers that in this browser.
| Column | What a dot there means |
|---|---|
| Company | The tool fills a card or a number on the company page. |
| Alerts | The tool can raise an alert, a bell or an email. |
| My Day | The tool adds to your day: work, meetings or to-dos. |
| Reports | The tool feeds a report or a dashboard number. |
| Reviews | The tool's numbers appear in a business review. |
| Sales | The tool helps on deals, leads, campaigns or Sales home. |
- +A filled dot: the tool is connected and shows up there.
- +An empty dot: the tool is not connected yet. Its row is faded, so the empty dots read as what it would add.
- +A warning sign: the tool is connected but needs a fix, so what it shows there is paused.
- +A short dash: Current could not read that connection just now. It never says Not connected without knowing.
- +No dots at all: the tool is not available in your workspace, and its row says why, for example Your workspace uses HubSpot. Only one PSA, one CRM and one survey tool can be connected at a time, so the other PSAs fold into one Switch PSA line.
Find a tool
Show All, Connected or Not connected, or type in Search tools (press / to jump there). Search matches a tool's name, what it does and the words people use for it. On a phone each tool is a card that lists the places it shows up in.
Open a tool
Press a row, or move with the arrow keys and press Enter, to open the tool's drawer: the same settings as before, to connect, manage or fix it. At its top the drawer shows the tool's health and last sync, where it shows up with a link to each place, and its setup guide. Connecting and saving keys are Tenant Admin actions. Anyone else who opens a tool sees a short summary of it instead.
