Connect SuperOps RMM

4 min read · Updated Oct 20, 2026

SuperOps RMM uses the same account and API token as your SuperOps PSA connection. It is a separate feed in Integrations, so you can see its progress and customer matches separately.

  1. 1
    Connect SuperOps first
A workspace admin connects SuperOps as the workspace’s sole PSA. Check that the API token can read the RMM data you need.
  2. 2
    Enable the RMM feed
Open Integrations, choose SuperOps RMM, and press Enable. No second token is needed.
  3. 3
    Review customer matches
Confirm that each SuperOps customer is linked to the right Current company. Review ambiguous names before relying on device totals or business reviews.

Where the data appears

Supported device inventory, installed software, patch information and active alerts feed the company’s fleet information, reports, dashboards, business reviews and Ask Current. A field the API does not report stays unknown. An unread or incomplete pass is not evidence that the company has no devices or alerts.

If a sync needs attention

Open the SuperOps RMM row and Sync health. Check the PSA connection and token permissions first. A large estate may need several passes; rate limits preserve the last completed page so the next pass continues. Fix customer matches in the feed’s Manage panel.

Note
Validation status
The integration was tested against the published schema and simulated responses. Live behavior and account permissions still need acceptance testing with a connected SuperOps account.
