Turn off email notifications you don't need
Open your initials menu at the top right, choose Notifications, and switch off the emails you don't want: one event at a time under Email me about, or every notification email at once with the Email switch under Channels. Press Save. The bell in Current keeps showing every notification either way; it is the one channel that can't be turned off.
Stop assignment emails your PSA already sends
When someone assigns you work in your PSA, the assignment syncs into Current, and Current can email you about it too. If your PSA's own email is enough, turn off New assignments in Current and keep everything else.
- 1Open NotificationsClick your initials at the top right and choose Notifications. Or open Settings › Your settings › Notifications and press Change what you get. Both open the same dialog.
- 2Switch off New assignmentsIt is under Email me about, described as "When you're assigned work, grouped into one email per project". Switch off any other event you hear about elsewhere too, such as Mentions or Comments.
- 3SaveYour choice applies at once, with no sign-out needed.
Stop every notification email
Switch off Email under Channels in the same dialog and press Save. Current then stops the notification emails this dialog controls, and the bell still lists every notification. Sign-in codes and invitations are not notifications, so they still arrive.
Microsoft Teams messages
The Microsoft Teams switch under Channels turns off being @mentioned in a project's Teams channel. A workspace that uses Slack doesn't show this switch.
Emails you get because of a workspace setting
Some alerts go to the people your workspace sends them to. Emails about your PSA refusing a permission or its saved keys, for example, go to every tenant admin unless a tenant admin changed the route. Switch off Sync attention (under Sales › System if you have CRM access, otherwise under Integrations) to stop those emails for you, or ask a tenant admin to change who gets them in "Notification routing: who gets alerted for what".
