Try new features early with Preview features

Preview features are new parts of Current that are working but not finished. A workspace that turns them on gets each one as soon as we release it, and helps decide how it ends up.
SCREENSHOT — coming soon
Settings, General, Preview features: the switch and the previews your workspace has.
Turn them on
- 1Open SettingsGo to Settings, then General, then Preview features. If you are not a tenant admin you find it under Your settings, where you can read it.
- 2Turn on Preview featuresOnly a tenant admin can press the switch. It is one switch for the whole workspace: everyone on your team gets the same previews.
- 3See what you haveThe list under the switch shows every preview your workspace has now. When it is off, the list shows what is in preview, so you can see what turning it on brings.
What a preview looks like
- +Every page that belongs to a preview shows a thin line at the top with a Preview tag, the feature's name and a Send feedback button.
- +A preview can be a whole module or one new page. It works like any other part of Current, and the same roles and permissions apply.
- +Partner Viewers never see previews, their tags or their emails.
Send feedback
Press Send feedback on the page or in Settings, say what you want in one line and add detail if you like. It goes onto the request board, marked with the preview it is about, and the team building it reads every one. Our team reviews it before it appears on the public board, like any request.
The weekly preview email
- +Each week that something changed in a preview your workspace has, everyone on your team gets one short email about those changes and nothing else.
- +A week with nothing new sends nothing.
- +Each section has its own Send feedback link. Unsubscribe from the link at the bottom; it stops Current's product emails to you.
Turning them off
A tenant admin can turn Preview features off at any time. The previews go away again, and anything your team created in them is kept. When a preview is finished it graduates: it stays on for workspaces that had it and stops carrying the Preview tag.
