President's Club: the annual commission leaderboard
4 min read · Updated Jul 24, 2026
President's Club is an optional leaderboard that ranks your reps against the annual sales goal — the year's "rock" — on a metric you choose. It's the year-long chase: who's on pace to qualify, and what they win if they do. It's off until leadership turns it on.
What a rep sees
Each rep sees an attainment bar showing how far along they are toward the goal, with a qualification line pinned where the bar sits — cross it, and you've qualified. The scale runs a bit past 100% so a rep who's ahead can see how far ahead. If leadership has chosen to show the full board, reps see everyone's ranking; if not, a rep sees only their own standing and the bar to clear.
Configuring it (leadership)
On the Club page, sales leadership sets four things:
- +On or off — whether President's Club runs at all.
- +The metric it ranks on — for example, new-logo MRR — read from the same annual Sales Goal the goals dashboard uses. No parallel numbers.
- +The qualification bar — the percentage of the goal a rep has to reach to qualify (100% by default).
- +The prize copy — free text describing what qualifiers win, so the leaderboard sells the reward in your own words. Plus a checkbox for whether reps can see the full leaderboard or only their own standing.
Note
Can I turn President's Club off?
Yes — it's off by default, and you can switch it off any time from the Club page. When it's off, reps still see the Club page, but it shows a short teaching state explaining that leadership hasn't turned it on yet — so the nav never dead-ends, and nobody sees stale standings. Turning it off doesn't touch anyone's commission; President's Club is recognition, not pay.
