My Day: your personal cockpit

3 min read · Updated Aug 24, 2026

My Day is a personal aggregation rather than another project view: everything assigned to you, pulled from every project you touch, and sorted by how soon it needs you.

What's on the page

  • A greeting card with a glance bar — a proportional strip plus clickable stat chips for overdue, due today, due this week, open tasks, tickets, and planned hours on deck.
  • An end-of-day wrap-up panel that compares hours logged to your target and flags any unsubmitted time drafts. It appears automatically in the afternoon or whenever you have drafts waiting.
  • An "on deck" card that names your single most urgent task or ticket, why it's next, and a one-click way to open it — with a preview of what's after it.
  • A Calendar strip laying your own tasks out Sunday to Saturday, with arrows to page between weeks, a Today button, and a link through to the full calendar.
  • A Radar strip showing how many of your open items touch each project. Click a project chip to filter your whole queue to just that project.
  • The work queue itself: every assigned task and ticket, bucketed into Overdue, Today, This week, Next week, Later, and No date.
  • A rail with a nudge for missing time entries and your personal to-do list.

If a Project Manager or Tenant Admin has ScalePad Quoter or ConnectWise CPQ connected and quotes are waiting to convert, a won-quotes panel appears alongside the cockpit too — see "ScalePad Quoter: turn won quotes into projects and charges" or "ConnectWise CPQ: turn won quotes into projects and charges."

Your week, and moving a day's work

The Calendar strip shows the same tasks the queue below it does, arranged by the day they're due instead of by urgency. Click a chip to open the task. Drag a chip to another day to reschedule it: Current snaps the move forward off weekends and company holidays, pushes the new dates to your PSA on a synced task, and on an Autotask-linked project asks whether to book a service call on the day it landed. Paging between weeks is instant, because the strip reads work My Day has already loaded rather than fetching again.

For everyone's work rather than your own, and for creating something on a day, open the full calendar — see "The Calendar: work by date, and adding to a day".

Filtering and sorting the queue

  1. 1
Switch between All, Tasks, and Tickets
Tabs above the queue narrow it to one item type.
  2. 2
Toggle Critical only or Hide later
Critical only shows just the items driving your urgency buckets; Hide later collapses the Later bucket out of view.
  3. 3
    Click a Radar project chip
Filters the queue to that project only. Click it again to clear the filter.
  4. 4
    Expand a bucket
Each bucket shows up to 8 rows by default with a Show all link, capped at 10.
Tip
Rearranging the page
The main sections — the cockpit, the Calendar strip, Radar, and the work queue — can be dragged to reorder and resized by dragging the bottom edge. Your layout is remembered, and the Calendar strip arrives in place without your having to reset anything. A Reset layout button puts it all back to default.
Note
Where the data comes from
My Day reads your assigned tasks and tickets across every project in the workspace — it doesn't require you to open each project separately. If your account is linked to your PSA (an Autotask resource or a ConnectWise member), your assigned PSA work is pulled in once each session so the queue reflects what's actually on your plate there too.

For the equivalent multi-project view built for managers rather than individual contributors, see the Portfolio page — My Day is the personal counterpart to it.
