Drafted suggestions on My Day: proposals, follow-ups, change orders and coaching
My Day has a card for the next step Current thinks you should take, already written. It reads your open deals, your projects and your team's numbers, drafts the email or the invite, and puts it in your role's section of My Day. Nothing leaves Current until you press the button, and an email is always sent from your own mail app.
The four kinds of card

The cards sit in "Current drafted these" for account executives, in "Current suggests" for project managers, sales managers and vCIOs. A role whose My Day has no such section, such as an engineer or a tenant admin, gets no cards. Each card says why it was drafted and which records it read, and a card is only made when there is a record behind it.
- ＋Review and send opens the email in your own mail app, filled in. You send it there. When an email is too long to fit in a mail link, Current copies the whole email first and the message says to paste it.
- ＋Edit first opens the draft so you can change the words before it goes anywhere. Your edits are saved on the card.
- ＋Copy email copies the subject and the message, and records nothing.
- ＋Book 30 min (coaching) finds your first free 30 minutes in the next five working days and adds it to your Outlook calendar with an invite to the rep.
- ＋Not this time hides the card for 7 days.
When new cards arrive
Opening My Day asks Current for new drafts, at most once every 30 minutes for each person. A card stays for 14 days after it was drafted or last changed. A workspace that is read only because of billing gets no new drafts, and the cards already drafted still show.
Microsoft 365 must be connected for Book 30 min. The other cards need nothing extra.
