Suggestions and what Current may do

Decide, kind by kind, whether Current acts on its own, suggests and waits for a person, or never acts, and answer each suggestion in one press.

Settings › Service desk › What Current may do sets, for each kind of action, whether Current does it (Auto), suggests it and waits for a person (Approve), or never does it (Off). Until a workspace admin allows Auto, everything Current suggests waits for a person.

Answer a suggestion

  • Accept does what it says.
  • Edit first opens it so you can change it before it happens. Press E on a focused suggestion.
  • Not this time sets it aside and asks why, so Current learns. Press X.

A person sends every customer message

A reply Current drafts always waits for a person to read it and press Send. The only email that goes out without a press is a template your team wrote, under the Customer emails switches.

Check what it did

What Current did lists every action Current took on its own, why, and the ticket it happened on, with Undo. Workspace admins change these settings; every desk role can read them.
